Aled is a highly skilled and motivated management and organisation development consultant. He has gained wide experience working on key change initiatives with Directors and Senior Management to shape the future of organisations. His core skills lie in the tools of cultural and behavioural change, facilitating talent assessment and development, management skills training and broader business management. Recent roles within a blue chip financial services company have seen Aled develop group-wide competency and behavioural models and establishing an executive mentoring scheme.
Sean works internationally in the fields of personal, team and organisational development. Operating as an independent consultant and as an associate of other consultancies, he has worked for global organisations including Unilever, Oracle and Paramount Films, facilitating programmes with delegates from over 45 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His success as a consultant is based on nearly 20 year’s commercial experience; many spent in front line management roles. As a result his style, which is lively and engaging, is firmly based on rapid application to the work place.
Claire’s first career was in operational management in the financial services and call centre industry. Responsible for implementing major transformation programmes, Claire was a client of learning and development companies. She was so impressed by the impact this people-centred approach could make on team and operational performance that in 2003 she changed course to become a learning and development consultant. A natural trainer and facilitator, she found her niche in the delivery of high impact team, leadership and personal development programmes, working for clients across many market sectors.
Caroline has over 25 years’ experience working within the people and management development arena. For 15 of these years, she worked for Barclays Bank where she held various learning and development roles which ignited her passion for helping individuals and teams to work effectively together and to maximise potential. She became an independent L&D consultant in 2000. She specialises in:
