Once upon a time…!

After leaving corporate life in 1999, after a variety of training, management development and change management roles, Richard set-up his own organisation & leadership development consultancy. He has worked across a wide range of business sectors – from media to pharmaceutical and from agriculture to IT – with a few weird and wonderful assignments in between!

He has strong experience of working cross-culturally, and has worked extensively throughout EMEA. All those years later, the business still retains and values that initial ideal…
